Qualities:

His main quality is his leadership. He leads by example rather than by orders of mouth. He believes in collective leadership with a management and administrative experience of 25 years.
He is a strong willed person who will not rest till the task on hand is completed. All the works undertaken by him are successfully completed.
He has a very good stamina and is never deterred by setbacks.
He is a positive thinker. Due to his this trait he has been able to solve many hard problems and difficult task with ease.
He has a soft corner for the people and is always ready to help them in time of need.

Status in India:

Due to his easygoing and co-operative nature he is very much sought after. He has been honoured many times by various organizations. The Gandhidham Chamber of Commerce and Industries appoints him as the returning officer during their annual governing body elections. He is also the joint vice-president of Gujarat Prantiya Arya Pratinidhi Sabha. He has also held post of joint-secretary in the International Aryan League. He is very much known in the International Aryan Circle and his advises are also sought on many important issues. He is in contact with many dignitaries in India.

Social Work Done:

Belonging to an Arya Samaj family Joined Arya Samaj in 1986 at the request of the then President of Arya Samaj Shri Motiram Jeswani, who motivated and inspired him for social work.
He gets full co-operation from his wife and family so that he can devote his full time and attention to Arya Samaj.
When he joined Arya Samaj it was dormant but with the support and co-operation of other office bearers and their faith in him, he was able to infuse life into Arya Samaj and has been able to bring it to its present status of being one of the best NGOs in India and a Model Arya Samaj of the world.
He was instrumental in starting the “Kutch district Medical Oxygen Bank” which has a stock of 100 oxygen cylinders. It is being run successfully for the past 12 years.
He initiated the relief and rescue work in the aftermath of the devastating cyclone which hit the cost of Kandla in June 1998. This cyclone caused damages running into crores and thousands of people lost their lives.
Post earthquake of 26th January 2001, we have started "Jeevan Prabhat" an orphanage cum widow home for the earthquake affected and at present there are 162 inmates.
Arya Samaj Gandhidham has also taken up the challenge of starting and maintaining "Jeevan Prabhat" for the Tsunami affected children in Pondicherry.
He spends nearly 8 hours a day for Arya Samaj work and most of his holidays are utilized traveling outside Gandhidham for Arya Samaj work
